Overview
At construction site, heavy traffic of trucks are a common site, entering and exiting. The trucks can carry dirt and mud to roads and highways and so require wheel washing before they leave the site.
The conventional wheel washing method uses grating and manual washing without handling of the wastewater and sludge, resulting in high maintenance costs.
In order to reduce the labour to handle the cleaning process, all trucks need to be cleaned before leaving the site and to recycle the washing waster. Automatic Tirewashers have been introduced to save the cost for manual cleaning and recycle the water per truck wash.
Features
- Economical and Easy Maintenance!
- Sensor for automatic startup
The tirewasher is activiated by a sensor which turns on and off when a vehicle is entering and leaving the premises
- Automatic system for desludging
A built-in drag conveyor belt carries the sludge and scraps the sediment out of the sludge hopper
- Portable and requires minimum time for set up
Specially constructed as a single and compact unit, the system can be moved to the desired place by simply lifting using 4 lifting lugs. The equipment can be used immediately simply by connecting the power line.
- Cost-effective
Since no specific personnel is needed, water is being used over time. The whole cleaning process takes 45 seconds per vehicle, which minimize the maintenance cost.
