In construction projects, there will be a heavy traffic flow of trucks continuously entering and exiting the sites. The trucks can carry dirt and mud to roads and highways and so require wheel washing before they leave the job site.

The conventional wheel washing method uses grating and manual washing without handling of the wastewater and sludge, resulting in high maintenance costs.

In order to reduce the labour to handle the cleaning process, all trucks need to be cleaned before leaving the site and to recycle the washing waster. Automatic Tirewashers have been introduced to save the cost for manual cleaning and recycle the water per truck wash.
 
 
System Structure

Sensor for automatic startup

The tirewasher is running by a sensor which turns on and off when a vehicle is entering and leaving the premises
 
Roller mechanism to drive the wheels for a complete washing cycle

Water from static nozzles would be able to clean the wheel easily without moving a truck forward and backward
 
Automatic system for desludging

A built-in drag conveyor belt carries the sludge and scraps the sediment out of the sludge hopper.
 
Portable and requires minimum time for set up
Specially constructed as a single and compact unit, the system can be moved to the desired place by simply lifting using 4 lifting lugs. The equipment can be used immediately simply by connecting the power line.
 
Cost-effective

Since no specific personnel is needed, water is being used over time. The whole cleaning process takes 45 seconds per vehicle, which minimize the maintenance cost.
